Requirements

No full-time work experience is required; the Corporate Residency MBA is designed to accelerate preparation for career entry. Relevant experience in volunteerism, community involvement or work, including part-time or co-op, is an asset.

Our selection requirements include:

1. A four-year Bachelor’s degree, in any discipline, recognized by Dalhousie
2. A Grade Point Average of B (or 3.0) or better in the final two years (20 credits)
3. GMAT score of 550 or better
4. A successful admission interview to assess career interests and future employability
5. Official transcripts from all colleges/universities previously attended
6. A personal essay
7. Two academic letters of reference
8. Current résumé
9. A profile
10. For candidates who have a degree from a non-English-language university, whose native tongue is not English: Minimum TOEFL score of 580 (paper-based) / 237 (computer-based) / 92 iBT. (Please note that the following tests will be accepted in place of the TOEFL, with the following minimum scores: MELAB 85; IELTS 7; CanTest 4.5; CAEL 70 overall with no band score lower than 60.)
